Users review: Is the Lone Ranger a good movie? Not really, but it is relatively slow in the middle of entertaining.Is movie? A little, but not as bad as most critics want to do believe.The Lone Ranger is a bit long, and do not ask you to be patient, and again something that seems to be lost at the modern video game world we live in. The strength of the film lies in the direct Johnny Depp and his portrayal of Tonto. I doubt that any other actor could have pulled. Depp deadpans through a series of one-liners, which gives us a lot of movies of humor. In the capable hands of Depp's character Tonto is both admirable and witty, with a charm all its own.The first part of the film is sure to get us started with a bang. It will jump around quite a bit the first few scenes, which seemed a bit disjointed at times, but things are bound together well enough as a film progresses.The in the middle of the film is slow, but we are equipped with many the answers from the back of the history of the characters, in particular, Tonto, and the bad guys. I agree that the film on the same nine-five minutes seems less achieved, but it really is not a sufficient reason in itself a skewer film.And final scenes are non-stop action sequences that modern audiences love, even if they not come from almost cartoonish in times.As said Depp's performance is the biggest selling point of this film. William Fichtner I thought was very good Butch Cavendish, the main villain in films. Tom Wilkinson, James Badge Dale, Ruth Wilson and Helena Bonham Carter all give a big support.Of films title character, I'm not sure anyone other than Armie Hammer would have done better Lone Ranger. Despite this, the interaction and dialogue between him and Depp's Tonto are fun and sometimes laugh-out-loud funny. In many ways, this is a man's movie, although a bit twist.Perhaps, one of the main reasons why the critics of the film is the title. For all intents and purposes, this is really a movie Tonto. It's his story, and told him that his views. Probably would be called Tonto adequately. But I see that as a bad thing all.If you take it for what it is, the Lone Ranger is a fairly entertaining film, with a very strong sales Depp. And that was enough for me to give it a 7 out of 10
