| Users review: I've never been a hardcore fan of Superman, but I had the good fortune to see an early demo of Zack Snyder reboot. And I must say I am very impressed. Spectators and casual superhero fans something to enjoy. Man of Steel has a great action wreck everything that makes full use of the 3D effects and looks simply stunning. The story is decent and was fueled by strong performances from Michael Shannon and Russell Crow (e). Not used Perry White character to its full potential, but that's forgivable. If you are a fan of classic Superman, you can by the fact that this man is made of steel are fairly close up disappointed. He only has two or three lines that are humorous, making it less charming then Christopher Reeve Superman. The charm is replaced by the development of the character of the man of steel when it learns must choose between her past and her future. (It makes for an awesome fight, by the way.) In summary, I give 8.6 Man of Steel for his portrayal of a classic American hero. |
